Teaching a foreign language at technical university according to the blended learning model in LMS «English Patient»

The purpose of the work is to create a methodology for managing educational activities in LMS English Patient using blended learning model Flipped Classroom course improving language skills university teachers. study was conducted four stages. At first stage, features and technical characteristics teaching foreign languages at were studied. second authors electronic Professional Language Development (PELD) developed according Classroom. third organizing described. fourth level formation while working patient revealed.
 scientific novelty consists creating effective Patient.
 It proved that patient, as means process language, an tool not only independent work, but also classroom interaction students with teacher, which demonstrated by high efficiency (76.8 %) mastering result final testing.
